07c77 Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with Our Platform

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Use of the 07c77 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be met at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. You must keep your login credentials confidential and must not share your username or password with any third party. 07c77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

You must notify 07c77 support immediately if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. 07c77 may temporarily suspend an Account pending investigation of a security concern.

Accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. 07c77 will contact you using the registered email address prior to applying any dormancy administration fee. Any remaining Real Money Balance will be preserved and returned to you upon identity verification following reactivation.

All deposits on 07c77 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The Platform currently accepts the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per day, as displayed at the time of deposit.

All payment methods used to deposit must be registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties will be reversed, and the associated Account may be suspended pending investigation.

07c77 does not charge a fee for standard deposits. However, individual payment providers (such as bKash or Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside 07c77's control. Deposits are credited to your Account in real time in most cases; where a delay occurs, 07c77 will investigate upon request.

07c77 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that is associated with fraudulent activity, is made using an unverified payment method, or triggers an automated compliance alert. In such circumstances, 07c77 will contact you using your registered details.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the cashier section of your Account. Withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, subject to availability. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity and source-of-funds verification. If your Account has not yet completed full KYC verification, your withdrawal will be held pending the receipt and approval of required documentation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 07c77 shall not be liable for:
